Leslie has been in salon management for over 20 years. Her consistant message of "We dont hire talent, We hire attitudes" keeps A Jason Clemons Salon ahead of the competition. Her willingness to sit down with each team member and find out thier strengths and weaknesses makes her more than just a manager. Leslie has the ability to bring out the best in each team member with her cheerleader attitude and warm heart.

Not only does Leslie manage the salon she is also one of our Master stylists. One on one consultations and customized coloring are a few of her overall strengths.
